Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Dira ("we") collects when you join the waitlist or use Dira, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email privacy@diraads.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Whether you manage ads for other businesses, if you tell us.
When you use Dira
- Your account. Your name, email address and profile picture, provided by the sign-in service you use (we use Auth0 to handle sign-in, so we never see your password).
- Your ad accounts. When you connect an ad platform such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok Ads, we receive the account ID and currency, and performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions.
- Access to your ad accounts. The access the platform grants us is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We never show it to anyone or include it in an export, including yours.
- Conversions. We keep the conversion records we need to count your leads, such as the time, type and platform. We avoid storing details about your own customers beyond what the platforms send for counting.
- Activity in your workspace. A log of changes, such as settings updates and connected accounts, with who made them and when.
How we use it
- To run Dira: compare your ad platforms, calculate cost per lead, give you recommendations and, when you turn it on, manage your budget within the limits you set.
- To contact you about the waitlist, your account and important changes to the service.
- To keep Dira secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data from Google
Dira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the companies that help us run Dira, and only what they need to do that job:
- Auth0, for sign-in.
- Supabase, which hosts our database.
- Resend, to send waitlist and account emails.
- Cloudflare, which runs our servers.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Your choices
- See and export your data. Workspace admins can export everything Dira stores for a workspace from Workspace settings.
- Delete your data. You can erase your personal data from your profile, and admins can erase a workspace's data. You can also email us.
- Disconnect an ad account. You can remove Dira's access from the ad platform's own settings at any time.
- Leave the waitlist. Reply to any email from us or write to privacy@diraads.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as correcting your data or objecting to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in Canada. If you're outside that region, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
Dira is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change, we'll email you before it takes effect and update the date at the top.
