Know which ads bring you clients worth taking

Dira checks every enquiry your ads claim against the consultations in HubSpot or Calendly, so you see what one qualified consultation really costs on each platform.

For law firms, accountants, financial advisers and consultants.

What counts as a consultation

Only consultations that land in HubSpot count. Pick a kind of lead to see how Dira follows it from the ad to the meeting.

LinkedIn and Google lead forms carry the ad that started them. Dira finds the contact in HubSpot with the same name or email, and marks it an exact match.

Calls from your ads are sorted by length and outcome. A qualified call that books a consultation counts. Sales pitches and wrong numbers don't.

Consultations booked through your calendar link are traced back through the click that brought the client in.

How an enquiry becomes a consultation: Dan R. asks about year-end accounts through a LinkedIn lead form on Monday at 10:05, a HubSpot deal books the consultation on Wednesday with the same name and email, and Dira counts it for LinkedIn Ads.

Sample report for the last 90 days: platforms say 354 leads, you booked 60 consultations, best value $142 a consultation on Google Ads. Counted column highlighted: Google Ads 146, LinkedIn Ads 88, Meta 120.

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta counted 354 leads between them: every form and call they could put their name to.

Only 60 became consultations in HubSpot. Another 18 came from no ad at all: referrals and existing clients.

Google Ads booked consultations for $142 each and LinkedIn Ads for $218. Meta has too few to price yet.

What Dira does for a professional services firm

Built for firms where a handful of good clients a month decides the year, and every enquiry needs a reply.

Dan R. fills in a LinkedIn lead form about year-end accounts on Monday at 10:05; the HubSpot deal is signed on Friday at $4,200 a year and matched exactly; Dira sends it back to LinkedIn as a signed client.

Signed clients sent back to your ads

Dira matches each signed client to the enquiry that started it, then tells the platform. Your ads learn which leads sign, not which ones download a guide.

Today's calls from ads: Google Ads 7 minutes 30 seconds at 9:20, qualified; LinkedIn Ads 2 minutes 10 seconds at 11:05, talked; Meta 12 seconds at 13:40, too short; Google Ads at 17:55, missed.
