Questions about Dira

How the trial works, what your Ad Report shows, where your bookings come from and what happens to your data.

Getting started

Dira checks the leads each ad platform claims against the jobs you actually book, and shows what a booked job really cost. It sends booked jobs back so each platform bids for more like them, tells you when something changes, and moves budget toward the platform that books jobs for less, within limits you set.

Amazon Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads and more. Google Search and Local Services Ads count as two.

Businesses that win customers by the job or appointment: home services, clinics, professional services and online stores, and the agencies that run their ads.

No. Your Ad Report works with one: leads claimed against jobs booked, call quality and benchmarks. Connect a second and Dira ranks them and can move budget between them.

Your Ad Report

What each platform claimed, how many of those became booked jobs, what one booked job cost, which calls turned into work, and how you compare with similar businesses.

By what one booked job costs on each: what you spent, divided by the jobs you actually booked, in your currency.

By day 28 of your trial. Dira reads your past spend and bookings when you connect, so it starts from history, not from zero.

A report every Monday, plus an alert when a campaign stops booking or a different platform starts winning. By email, SMS or a webhook.

Leads and bookings

A job in your booking tool, or in a file of jobs you upload, that started with a lead from your ads: a form fill, a call or an online booking. Clicks don’t count.

Connect the booking tool you already use, such as Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro. No booking tool? Upload a file of your jobs. Dira matches each job to the lead that started it.

Matched exactly means a lead form, click or tracked call ties the job to an ad. Estimated means the job can’t be traced, so Dira estimates where it came from and labels it, so you always know which is which.

Each platform counts its own conversions and takes credit for the same customers. Dira starts from the jobs you actually booked.
