Know which ads bring you orders you actually ship

Dira checks every sale your ads claim against the orders in Shopify, so you see what one first order from a new customer really costs on each platform.

For shops selling on their own site.

Sample Ad Report for Harbor Goods, last 90 days: ad platforms say 2,146 sales, 717 first orders shipped, $21,307 spent, $30 per order. TikTok Ads finds new customers for the least money, $23 a first order. TikTok Ads 612 counted and 214 shipped, Meta 1,048 and 305, Google Ads 486 and 198.

What counts as an order

Only orders you ship and keep count. Pick a kind of order to see how Dira follows it from the ad to Shopify.

Every platform claims the sale. Dira matches each Shopify order to the click that brought the customer in, and counts it once.

Repeat orders are counted apart, so you see which platform finds new customers and which one takes credit for people who would have come back anyway.

Orders that are refunded or cancelled drop out of the count, so a platform only gets credit for orders you kept.

How a first order is counted: a shopper clicks a TikTok ad for a $64 linen throw on Friday at 21:10, Shopify order 10482 ships Saturday to a new customer, and Dira counts it once as a first order for TikTok Ads.

What Dira does for an online store

Built for shops where margins are thin and every platform says it made the sale.

A TikTok ad click for a $64 linen throw on Friday at 21:10 becomes Shopify order 10482, a first order shipped Saturday and matched by click; Dira sends it back to TikTok as a first order.

Real orders sent back to your ads

Dira sends shipped first orders back to each platform, so your ads learn which clicks become customers, not which ones fill a basket.

Today's orders from ads: TikTok Ads order 10482 for $64, first order; Meta order 10497 for $41, repeat; Google Ads order 10511 for $88, refunded; Meta order 10520 for $120, first order.
