Know which ads fill your calendar with new patients

Dira checks every lead your ads claim against the appointments in your booking tool, such as Jane or Cliniko, so you see what one new patient really costs on each platform.

For dental, physio, chiropractic, med spa and vet practices.

What counts as a booked appointment

Only appointments that land in your booking tool count. Pick a kind of lead to see how Dira follows it from the ad to the visit.

Meta and Google lead forms carry the ad that started them. Dira finds the appointment with the same name, phone or email, and marks it an exact match.

Calls from your ads are sorted by length and outcome. The ones that end in a booked appointment count. Hang-ups and wrong numbers don't.

Appointments booked on your site or in your booking tool are traced back through the click that brought the patient in.

How a form becomes a visit: Maria L. asks about a cleaning and exam on a Meta lead form on Monday at 9:12, a $240 new patient visit is booked in Jane for Thursday with the same name, phone and email, and Dira counts it as a new patient for Meta.

What Dira does for a clinic

Built for practices where the front desk books the visits and nobody has time to check ad dashboards.

Maria L. fills in a Meta lead form for a cleaning and exam on Monday at 9:12; a $240 new patient appointment is booked in Jane for Thursday and matched exactly; Dira sends it back to Meta as a new patient.

New patients sent back to your ads

Dira matches each appointment to the lead that started it, then tells the platform. Your ads learn which leads become patients, not which ones fill in forms.

Today's front desk calls from ads: Google Ads 3 minutes 5 seconds at 8:40, booked; Meta 22 seconds at 10:02, too short; Google Ads at 12:15, missed; Meta 4 minutes 50 seconds at 15:30, booked.
