Running ads for many clients without a spreadsheet each

A workspace per client, each with its own platforms, lead setup and limits, and one place to see who needs attention.

Monday morning, eleven clients, eleven spreadsheets. You pull spend from Google Ads for the dentist, Meta for the plumber, both for the landscaper. You chase the plumber's office for last week's jobs. By the time the numbers are in one place it's Wednesday, and the client who needed attention has had two more bad days.

None of it is hard. It's the same work, by hand, for every client, every week.

Why the spreadsheet stops working

A spreadsheet per client holds up at three clients. Past that, three things break.

  • Every client counts success differently. A plumber wants booked jobs, a clinic wants new patients, a law firm wants consultations, a store wants first orders. One template doesn't fit, so every sheet drifts.
  • The bookings live somewhere else. Ad platforms give you leads. Whether those leads became paid work sits in the client's Jobber, practice software, CRM or Shopify, and you're waiting on someone to send it.
  • You find problems late. When the report is assembled by hand once a month, a campaign that stopped booking on the 3rd shows up on the 30th.

Meanwhile the client's question stays the same: are my ads bringing me work? Platform dashboards answer a different question, how many leads the platform claims, and clients can tell the difference.

A workspace per client

In Dira, each client gets their own workspace with their own platforms, their own bookings and their own limits. For example, a plumber's workspace reads Jobber, a dental clinic's reads Jane, an accounting firm's reads HubSpot and an online store's reads Shopify. You switch between them in one click.

Each workspace counts success in the client's terms: cost per booked job for the plumber, cost per new patient for the clinic, cost per consultation for the firm, cost per first order for the store. You choose what counts as a lead for each client, so one client's quote form and another's newsletter sign-up aren't treated the same.

Here is how four sample workspaces might read over 90 days:

  • Northgate Plumbing: 120 jobs at $176 a job.
  • Northside Dental: 95 new patients at $100 a patient.
  • Hart and Cole: 60 consultations at $175 each.
  • Harbor Goods: 717 first orders at $30 an order.

An Ad Report for every client, every Monday

Every workspace gets its own Ad Report each Monday: what each platform claimed, what it booked, what one booked job cost, which calls turned into work and how the client compares with similar businesses nearby.

Invite each client into their own workspace and they see their report there. They see their own numbers and no one else's.

Clients don't want another dashboard. They want to know their ads brought them work.

Start the week with who needs a look

The report that saves you the most time covers all your clients at once. Every Monday, Dira sends one summary across every workspace, so you start the week with the clients whose ads stopped booking. For example: 1 of 4 clients needs a look this week, because Northside Dental's cost per new patient on Meta rose 40% after a new campaign.

Between Mondays, alerts tell you when a client's campaign stops booking or a different platform starts winning for them, by email, SMS or a webhook into your own tools.

Limits and budget moves per client

For clients on two or more platforms, Dira ranks their platforms by cost per booked job and moves daily budget toward the one that books for less. Each client has their own limits per move and per day, set to what you agreed with them. Approve each move for them, or let Dira act inside those limits. Every move can be undone, and the audit log records who changed what and when, which helps when a client asks why their Meta budget went down.

Pricing that follows your client list

Agency pricing is per client workspace: CA$99 a month for a client on one platform and CA$199 for a client on every platform, from 3 clients. It's a flat price with no cut of ad spend, so a client who doubles their budget doesn't double your bill. Every plan starts with 30 days free.

Where to start

Pick the three clients who ask the most questions about their ads. Set up their workspaces, connect their platforms and their bookings, and send them their first Ad Report inside the trial. The Monday conversation moves from "here are your clicks" to "here is what a booked job cost you, and here is what we're doing about it."
